Seiko Sumo, as the admirers call it, is among the Seiko Prospex collection. Its proper name: Seiko Prospex Scuba, it runs in an automatic movement of calibre 6r15 with an accuracy of -15~+25 seconds per day. It is a scuba divers watch made with professional specifications, thus the name Prospex. A relatively large watch at 45mm and 13.5mm thickness. Water resistance is up to 200m depth.
It is a highly functional and durable timepiece with a more accurate movement. Legibility is also not an issue with its clean looking dial paired with large hands and markers generously coated with Lumibrite. You can find the date display sitting at 3 o’clock. The bezel rotates uni-directionally as a standard in all divers’ watches. The engine is lodged in a brushed stainless steel casing with hardlex crytal domed at the clockface. The bracelet is also made of brushed stainless steel with polished middle-link sides which is easily interchangeble with other preferred straps. The design is highly admired by watch enthusiasts despite the size.
Boasting of amazing specifications and stylish masculine design, Seiko Sumo is and will always be a coveted timepiece!
